FOUR MILE RESERVE

Widely touted as “the best free camping along the Barwon”, Brewarrina’s Four Mile Camping Reserve is approximately 12 hectare/30 acres of prime river frontage camping – for free. It is fast becoming a favourite for campers and caravaners. It’s not uncommon for visitors to arrive with the intention of staying a night or 2 and finding themselves still there a week later.

The Four Mile Camping Reserve is becoming known for its beauty and stillness whilst also offering the opportunity to fish, kayak and ski on the river. Located on the southern side of the Barwon, caravanners or campers can park at the main camp area, near the amenities or have a complete bush experience by following the dirt tracks along the river for up to a kilometre to find a more private spot.

Bird watchers and photographers adore this quiet paradise, this is the perfect place to switch off, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Outback and allow the restorative nature of the New South Wales bush to rejuvenate the spirit.
