Girls fire Camp

Girls age between 15-19 and if your interested in the fire services listen up we are running a program called GIRLS ON FIRE in Brewarrina on the 28th may to the 31st may a weekend of learning about what our fire Services do if your interested please go to the link below this is open for girls between the age of 15 to 19 and girls from Cobar, Bourke, Brewarrina, Walgett, Lighting Ridge, Collarenebri, Moree and Goodooga.
Girls on Fire introduces participants into the world of firefighting and emergency services, and empowers girls and young women by teaching them firefighting and emergency response skills. These skills are designed and promoted to increase their confidence and resilience, encourage problem-solving, teamwork and leadership. Girls on Fire also introduces the fire and emergency services as a career and volunteering. This program also provides opportunities for existing emergency services personnel to develop their leadership skills by volunteering as mentors or activity facilitators for the program.
